The courtesy by the drivers, receptionists, waiters and all other line staff at the Hotel. I felt like a Queen the way I was treated. Maintain those high standards you have set, always aim to be the most preferred hotel in Africa. I enjoyed the food, the room and the general atmosphere of Boma Hotel

I liked the professionalism of the staff, they all seemed to like the work they were doing and gave it thier level best, there is this lady called Winefred , she showed a lot of interest in my welfare during my stay at hotel , i made sure i had all meals, i felt like a Queen and brandnew after my five days hoilday, this hotel is run like a multibillion company , bravo to the Manager , indeed you employed people that wanted to better themselves!

I liked the enviroment, the customer care from the Restaurant Staff especially one lady stood out for her service, smile, care. Thats Winfred. She knows how to treat the customer comfortable.
Security never booked in my Laptop in their Books which is a risk in the event if lost it because it would be very hard for the Hotel management to believe my claim if no written record.
